We may collect personal information including your name, contact details, and any relevant information required to provide coaching services. This information is collected directly from you and is used solely for the purpose of delivering safe and effective coaching.

  • Provide coaching services

  • Maintain appropriate records of sessions

  • Communicate with you regarding appointments and services

  • Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law or where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others.

Data Storage and Retention

All personal information is stored securely, whether in paper or electronic format. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Contact details and coaching records will be retained for a period of seven (7) years after the end of coaching. After this period, all records will be securely and appropriately destroyed, including the shredding of paper records and permanent deletion of electronic data.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
